COVID-19: A message to our customers | j5create

We, like many of you, continue to monitor the latest updates and information about COVID-19. Our top priority is to ensure the safety of you and our employees and preserve our ability to operate. We have had many conversations along the way and have implemented plans in response to the threat of COVID-19.

We have increased cleaning services at our locations and have hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes for our employees to use. We use sanitizing wipes to clean workstations and counters so our employees can keep their areas continuously cleaned. We are also closely following the Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus. Our employees have been instructed on the importance of good hand hygiene and staying home if they feel sick or are returning from an area that is considered a COVID-19 risk by the CDC. They have also been instructed to self-quarantine for 14 days.

In an effort to help prevent the spread of the illness, we have implemented a strict travel policy for our employees and canceled meetings with large gatherings. We have shared these same expectations with all of our locations around the world.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation to ensure the health and well-being of our employees, partners and customers. We remain committed to providing the excellent service and support that our customers have come to expect of our company throughout this situation.
