Our customers deserve the very best. We don't sell you anything we wouldn't be proud to use ourselves. We only use quality components to create our high-performance, long-lasting products and they are all carefully engineered and designed with durable materials.

If you are not completely satisfied with any stock items you have ordered from, or if any item is defective in materials or workmanship, you may return the product(s) for a refund within 90 days from the date of purchase. To receive a full refund, merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original receipt, packaging, accessories, and an intact and readable UPC and Serial number. Products missing the serial number or UPC cannot be returned for a refund. Original shipping charges will not be refunded when returning items.

Products purchased from another seller are not eligible for a refund, but may be returned to j5create for a one-to-one exchange if the product meets warranty standards. Products must have an intact and readable UPC and Serial number to be eligible. You will receive an email with instructions after our technical support verifies and processes your request.

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. As an alternative, if you registered the product with j5create, then proof of purchase can be validated by j5create. We strongly recommend shipping packages with a tracking number to ensure that we receive your returned item. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit. Please note in the return package what your request is.

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs will only be refunded on returns from purchases due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping.

  • To be eligible for a return/exchange, your request must be verified by our technical support.

  • If items are returned after our 90-day return policy, we will issue you an exchange or credit towards another purchase if approved.

  • Gift cards are exempt from being returned/exchanged.

  • If any item(s) is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds may be granted. A partial refund is not guaranteed, and each case will be looked at and partial refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email for confirmation of your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are usually reflected within 1-4 weeks on your account statement.

If you haven’t received a refund after 4 weeks, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, then you will need to obtain the receipt in order to receive a refund. Also, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment, which means that the gift giver will be made aware of the returned item.

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. In addition, when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
