Products purchased from j5create.com may be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase unopened and unused, with all accessories, in the original packaging, with an intact and readable UPC and Serial number for a full refund. Products purchased from another seller or products that have been opened are not eligible for a refund but may be returned to j5create for a one-to-one exchange if the product meets warranty standards. Products must have an intact and readable UPC and Serial number to be eligible.
To ensure that we receive your return item, we recommend shipping packages with a tracking number. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
To request a return, simply e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number, first & last name used to place the order & zip code in which it was shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you once an approval decision has been made. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This time frame will vary depending on who you bank with.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow two weeks from time of arrival for your refund to be processed. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process your refund. If it’s been two weeks and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Shop@j5create.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges may be made for defective items or items that were received damaged. Exchanges may also be made for defective items under warranty from any authorized retailer.
